The japanese word for coatimundi is hanaguma, which means nose-bear!

@Glitchyeen Ha ha! Yes, I do like it, thank you. The human word for 'coati' in every language I'm aware of [*] references the nose.

[*] At least, *a* word. Like, Mexican Spanish will use 'tejon' for coatis, apparently on the theory we look enough like badgers that there's no point making the distinction. But if we ignore *that*, noses are where it's at.
