So I've had a pilonidal cyst for a lil over a decade now. It's a weird bump at the top of my butt, which a couple times a year will swell up and eventually drain. Aside from the grossness and the pain, it hasn't caused any real problems until recently.
What's going on as of a week or two ago is that I've been having some nasty back pain. I'd initially thought I'd just pulled something while working out, but then the back pain just completely stopped when the cyst drained.
